Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

Min. 10 years of relevant experience specialized in Pre-Contract activities such as prequalification processes, the preparation of cost estimates and cost plan, life cycle costing, the preparation of tender documents, preparation of addenda, minutes of pre-tender meeting, tender evaluation reports, negotiation and the preparation of Contract Documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Preparation of tender strategies for assigned projects.2. Preparation of prequalification documents, evaluation strategies and reports.

3. Preparation of cost plan and cost estimates, life cycle costing at various stages of the Project.

4. Preparation of tender documents including front-end document. 5. Preparation of tender evaluation reports including technical and financial evaluation. 6. Drafting contractual correspondence 7. Pre-award negotiations and preparation of Contract Documents

8. Responsible for contributing to the improvement of pre-contract documentation and processes.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)
